WELCOME TO THE FUNNY PAGES
Links! Everyone likes links, right? Well, I dunno how true that is. But I saw somewhere that having a page to showcase links is a good idea, and most people seem to have one. So here we goooooo.
- SOME COOL SITES -
In my time spent on both neocities and nekoweb, I've found a lot of sites that I think are just plain neat. A lot of them have influenced my website in some way, shape or form. If you feel like it, click on their site button to check them out!
- FANLISTINGS -
Here are some fanlistings I'm a part of. A fanlisting is exactly what you'd expect: fan pages for just about anything that you can join by signing up. Just a way to show your interests.
I honestly really like joining these. These little icons are very nostalgic.
I've only been learning front-end for a year or so. Mostly HTML and CSS. And across all that time I've found a lot of useful sites and resources that have helped me cobble this website together, either on my own or from the generosity of other webmasters. Here's some of them if you're interested in learning too! (This will be updated the more resources I find!)
-
W3Schools - ol reliable. A site that's always been tossed around as a good resource. And it is! If a bit dated.
-
Markdown Guide - ever wanted to get into the Markdown markup language? This may help! I don't really use markdown all that much but it is useful regardless!
-
Realtime Colors - see how your color palette would actually look on a live site!
-
RandomA11y - generates simple, accessible palletes for your site!
-
MDN Web Blocks - developement guides and tools by the people at Mozilla. A treasure trove of information!
-
Last.FM Widget - Made by Prashant Shrethsa. A neat little script that can display the last song you played on Last.FM. It even updates in real time!
-
sadgrl.online - although sadgrl is (ironically) not online anymore, she still left her site archived! A lot of simple tutorials, resources, and she even has a template generator!
-
RSS Builder - old, but still functional. Make your own RSS feed! This is what I use. Because I'm broke and am not going to pay a subscription for a service.
-
Atabook - a message board made by DimDev! An alternative to 123guestbook since it went offline.
-
Nekoweb Site Stats Tracker - a script that uses Nekowebs API to track some of the stats of your website! Be warned, your site has to be hosted on Nekoweb for this to work.
